This is the same location as the event and also where the cocktail receptionand Gala Dinner will take place. Check in: From 3pm on February 28th 2024 Check out: By 11am on March 2nd 2024 If two participants from the same High School are approved, they must share a room or pay for a second room as well as pay the air travel of the second delegate. Should you require an extra night before or after the free night, please send us an email for a quotation. Terms & Conditions By participating in the event, you are bound by the following Terms and conditions: A credit card will be required by the hotel to allow check in for your free room. The card will not be charged unless you use an extra services from the hotel such as room service, laundry, extra nights, unauthorised additional person in your room, extra meals, drinks etc. If you decide to cancel for any reason after your air ticket has been issued, you would be required to pay for the air ticket and the cost of the three nights of hotel being provided. You are being hosted for the entire period you are at the event by BMI/THE and you should therefore not attend any functions/receptions which are not part of the official event schedule unless expressly approved by BMI/THE. You are required to complete your full schedule of appointments by requesting meetings with participation international universities and colleges, as well as accepting requests from them. BMI reserves the right to schedule appointments for you if you have any empty slots in your meeting schedule.
