BMI will provide 1 night free accommodation (breakfast included) to participants, subject to availability.
Please note a limited number of hotel rooms are available and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is therefore recommended.
If a high school has two participants, one twin room will be assigned.

Terms & Conditions

A credit card will be required by the hotel to allow check-in for your free room on October 23rd 2023. The card will not be charged unless you use extra services from the hotel such as room service, laundry, extra nights, the additional unauthorised person in your room, extra meals, drinks etc.
